Rules
ranking.company is a public leaderboard. There are no ads, no API keys, and no revenue share. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is the bid โ nothing else.
How ranking works
- New listings start at $5 minimum. Taking a spot from someone else costs at least $1 more than their current bid.
- Paying less than the top price still puts you on the board, at whatever rank that amount can take.
- If someone outbids you, you lose the position โ there's no refund. That's the whole game.
- Boost lets anyone add money to a listing that's already on the board, without taking it over. The current owner keeps their spot and their management link โ the total just goes up.
- Already on the board? Paste the same URL again to raise your own bid โ you only pay the difference, and nobody else can take your spot by matching it.
What you can list
- A company's website URL โ just the homepage.
- Logo and name are pulled automatically from the company's website โ nothing to type by hand.
- Two different pages on the same site (e.g. the homepage and an "about" page) count as the same listing โ identity is the domain, not the exact URL.
After you pay
- Your listing goes live immediately once the payment is confirmed.
- Clicking a listing takes you straight to the company's website.
- If two payments race for the same rank, only one wins โ the other is refunded automatically, in full.
